Regularly: Studio A $40 per hour. For multiple hours $35 per hour.
Day rate $300 for approx 10hr day. Extended day rate $450 for approx 15hr day.

State of the art sound system with speakers mounted in rafters.  Heat & A/C.  Free evening and morning parking.  Afternoons validated 1hr. all day parking rate $4 per car.  Parking garage below with elevator access for load-ins and privacy.  Second floor outdoor terrace and indoor holding areas for casting, craft services, video village, production office are with wifi, bathroom and changing or fitting areas.
